Foto Factory Gifts has a no questions asked return policy. Kindly email us on sales@fotofactorygifts.com and we would take care of the rest.
- Did not like the product?Just send us an email within 7 days of the order delivery and we would initiate the return process
- Exchange/ Returns:
- Once you have requested for a return/ exchange, the product will be collected within 7 working days
- All products must be in perfect condition, with packaging, labels, and tags not tampered with, in order for the products to be eligible for return
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
